Common

For some quick lessons on how to use Natural Biorhythms' main features, choose "Getting Started" from the Help menu.

Most of Natural Biorhythms' major dialogs support "F1" and "ESC" commands. Press F1 to get context help. Press ESC to close dialog.

Most of actions like print, save, scroll, help etc have own shortcut key. Look at the help file for details.

The "Tip of the Day" dialog box is normally displayed when you start Natural Biorhythms. You can change this behavior using the checkbox below.

Don't be afraid while changing settings. Any changes may be cancelled with "Cancel" button. "Reset" will set current options into default state.

Charts

After program's running you can see biorhythms for a current date and for 15 days before/after. Use mouse wheel to scroll back and forward.

Blue diamonds above digits indicate the critical days.

A histogram is an easy way to get overall day information. Each column shows an integral value of Physical, Emotional and Intellectual rhythms with definite color.

Maroon and red columns below zero line mean average and bad days. Deep-green and light green columns above zero line mean good and excellent days.

It's possible to set up a color, style and width for any chart's line with Options->Lines menu item.

To print out a chart with black-and-white printer use special lines pattern in Options->Lines->Monochrome menu item.

Any chart may be printed, saved as a BMP file or copied to Clipboard.

Names DB

You can delete all unnecessary groups of profiles, including "Celebrities" and "My profiles".

Natural Biorhythms supports unlimited amount of names databases. Each DB is a particular text file with an extension "*.rec". 

It's possible to save, load and merge Names Databases that allows using different sets of profiles and making backup copies.

The "Select Group and Person" dialog box is normally displayed when you start Natural Biorhythms. You can change this behavior using the checkbox below.

Day info

Day info contains 6 tabs: 4 for single persons (Primary, Secondary, Extra and I-Ching rhythms) and 2 for couples (Interaction and Compatibility).

Day info has three different descriptors for each combination of the cycles.

Use mouse wheel to change report date.

Click a chart or press buttons with digits 1...6 to switch between tabs.

Calendar

It's possible to adjust fonts in calendar with Options->Font menu item.
